If you need help syncing Ladder and the Apple Watch for the first time or experiencing issues with syncing the watch, this is for you.

To test if the phone app and watch is synced, start a workout with your watch nearby. Verify via bluetooth that the watch is connected. When you start a workout, the watch should automatically bring up Ladder. The current movement along with stats (calories and BPM) should be displaying in real-time.
The app on your watch needs to be downloaded and installed (ideally your iOS and watchOS is up to date)
